DeFi Ecosystem Growth Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DeFi Success Lead to drive the growth of its DeFi ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Own protocol growth end-to-end, developing tailored growth plans and tracking performance metrics
• Build relationships with tokenized asset issuers and connect them with appropriate DeFi protocols
• Identify cross-protocol opportunities to enhance ecosystem value and facilitate institutional capital deployment

Required Qualifications

• Experience in DeFi collaborations or ecosystem growth with a proven track record of increasing TVL and user activity
• Familiarity with RWA protocols or tokenization platforms and their integration into DeFi
• Understanding of the interaction between lending markets, AMMs, yield vaults, and liquidity incentives
• Experience working with institutional counterparts such as asset managers or family offices
• Ability to operate autonomously and hold oneself accountable to performance metrics
