Key responsibilities
- Own protocol growth partnerships and collaborate with core venue teams on growth mechanics and integrations
- Drive institutional DeFi adoption by bringing asset issuers and market makers onto Solana DeFi
- Design and manage liquidity and incentive programs while analyzing their effectiveness and outcomes
Required qualifications
- Deep understanding of DeFi concepts, including perps microstructure and lending risk parameters
- Proven track record in growth or business development within a protocol, exchange, or market-making environment
- Established relationships with institutional allocators, market makers, or asset issuers
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to coordinate across multiple time zones
- Experience managing protocol relationships as a primary focus in previous roles
