DeFi Growth Specialist

Job Summary

To support ecosystem growth initiatives, the full-time Associate DeFi Growth Specialist will identify and pursue opportunities related to stETH and stVaults, focusing on outreach and relationship building within the DeFi ecosystem while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively build and maintain relationships with DeFi protocols, wallets, and users
• Identify and generate new integration and collaboration opportunities, managing the lifecycle from outreach to signed agreements
• Lead collaborations and integrations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders while sourcing incentives for growth

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in ecosystem growth or integration roles in blockchain or TradFi
• Proven track record of managing and converting partnership opportunities from exploration to completion
• Multi-year experience using on-chain products
• Deep understanding of various Ethereum staking products
• Strong work ethic with a results-focused approach in a fast-paced, remote environment
