A company is looking for a Partnerships Lead, DeFi.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with top-tier DeFi protocol teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and removing blockers
• Contribute to the DeFi strategy by managing the asset pipeline and collaborating with partners to develop new markets and yield strategies
• Design and implement incentive programs, track ROI, and work with internal teams to optimize strategies for sustainable outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in DeFi partnerships or protocol operations
• Deep understanding of the EVM DeFi ecosystem and user archetypes
• Experience with tokenomics and incentive programs
• Hands-on product and technical fluency in DeFi protocols and infrastructure
• Strong cross-functional execution and negotiation skills
