DeFi Product Counsel
Job Summary
Providing legal support for decentralized finance (DeFi) products, the remote DeFi Product Counsel will advise on legal issues related to decentralized digital asset offerings and partner with business stakeholders to deliver practical product advice.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on legal matters related to DeFi products
- Provide legal support for non-custodial wallet products
- Support legal issues involving decentralized and unregulated crypto products
Required qualifications
- Experience as Product Counsel supporting cryptocurrency, blockchain, or digital asset products
- Experience with DeFi products and non-custodial wallets
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction
