Job Summary

A company is looking for a DeFi Product Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design products for release in partnership with DeFi applications
• Collaborate with engineering, research, and business development teams to implement impactful features
• Engage with external stakeholders to validate product decisions and identify new opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DeFi product design and management
• Hands-on experience in product design for lending, stablecoins, and derivatives DEX
• Proven track record of driving DeFi product strategy and execution
• Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering and research teams
• Self-driven and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
