Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Defined Benefit Implementation Analyst will perform key implementation functions, contribute to project requirements and testing, and manage deliverables to ensure timely and accurate pension plan administration and implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform key implementation functions and support modifications based on client requirements
• Actively participate in internal and external status calls and facilitate workshops
• Train the Delivery team and utilize analytical skills to resolve issues affecting delivery quality

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of defined benefit administration or implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written communication skills
