Defined Benefit Plan Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Defined Benefit Plan Consultant / Actuarial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships while assisting with plan design and compliance
• Perform Defined Benefit Plan administration tasks including valuations, funding coordination, and compliance testing
• Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations and respond to client inquiries regarding plan administration and design

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in actuarial and consulting for defined benefit plans
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to learn various software packages
• Familiarity with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code
• Experience with Relius Administration software preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
