Defined Benefits Associate Actuarial Analyst

Job Summary

An organization is seeking a Defined Benefits Associate Actuarial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete annual actuarial valuations, government filings, and FAS ASC 715 pension and welfare disclosures for Defined Benefit clients' plans
• Provide information requested by accountants in connection with plan audits
• Prepare necessary information requested by clients for consultative opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in actuarial science, mathematics or finance
• 0-5 years of experience, preferably in the actuarial or retirement space
• Understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel macros/Visual Basic
• Strong analytical mindset and mathematical skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects, thrive in a diverse and collaborative team environment, and work independently and efficiently
