Degree Auditor

Job Summary

Evaluating student academic records, the full-time remote Degree Auditor will process transfer credits, assess degree requirements, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure students understand their academic pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate traditional and non-traditional transfer credits to maximize applicable credits for students
• Ensure accuracy of students' program information and course credit applicability on academic advisement reports
• Collaborate with advising teams to address student inquiries regarding transfer credits and academic advisement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a registrar's office or related higher education student services function
• Experience reviewing and interpreting student academic records, including transcripts and transfer credits
• Familiarity with conducting degree audits and academic progress evaluations
• Experience using student information systems and degree audit tools is preferred
