Degree Auditor

Job Summary

Evaluating student academic records, the full-time Degree Auditor will process transfer credits from various sources and assess remaining degree requirements while providing exceptional customer service in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate traditional and non-traditional transfer credits to maximize applicable credit for students
• Ensure accuracy of academic advisement reports and communicate effectively with students and advising units
• Collaborate with evaluation staff to identify patterns and recommend improvements for student services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a registrar's office or related higher education student services function
• Experience reviewing and interpreting academic records, including transcripts and transfer credits
• Familiarity with conducting degree audits and academic progress evaluations
• Proficiency in using student information systems and degree audit tools
