DEI Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DEI Analytics & Insights Manager who will deliver global analytics and reporting for diversity, equity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain analytics on workforce representation, hiring, internal movement, and attrition
• Develop Copilot-enabled analytics solutions to automate insights and talent recommendations
• Own global workforce reporting for senior leadership and maintain data governance standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in workforce or people analytics
• Advanced experience with Power BI and data modeling
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
