DEI Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DEI Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and administer DE&I initiatives within programs
• Track and analyze company metrics to measure program effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to establish a diverse and inclusive culture

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 4+ years of experience with DEI projects and programs
• Ability to drive results through informal authority and serve as a consultant to key business partners
• Experience managing programmatic efforts with matrixed groups
• Proven ability to understand and communicate information effectively across all levels of the organization
