Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Swingternist APC for their Hospitalist Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote clinical management and cross coverage for patients admitted under inpatient status
• Assess health status, analyze patient data, and formulate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Complete timely documentation in the electronic health record and submit billing according to policy

Required Qualifications

• Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Delaware and Maryland
• Prescriptive Authority for Delaware and Maryland
• DEA registration in Delaware and Maryland
• ACLS certification required
