Delaware Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer in Delaware.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance functions for the Delaware health plan and ensure timely submission of CMS Medicare SNP requirements
• Serve as senior leadership in state compliance meetings and manage interactions with state regulators
• Conduct internal compliance audits and manage compliance for health plan material subcontractors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of compliance program management and contract experience with State Medicaid programs
• 5-7 years of experience with health care regulatory agencies in compliance and fraud program development
• 5+ years of experience overseeing implementation of contract requirements
