Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer in Delaware.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance functions for the Delaware health plan and coordinate policy development
• Manage state compliance meetings and interactions, including audits and regulatory correspondence
• Conduct internal compliance audits and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of compliance program management and contract experience with State Medicaid programs
• 5-7 years of experience with healthcare regulatory agencies in compliance and fraud program development
• 5+ years of experience overseeing implementation of contract requirements
