Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Delaware Licensed Associate Attorney will conduct legal research, draft litigation documents, and represent clients in Delaware corporate litigation matters, including shareholder derivative cases, in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs related to Delaware corporate litigation
  • Analyze complex corporate governance issues and fiduciary obligations, collaborating with partners on case strategy and trial preparation
  • Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including depositions, hearings, and negotiations
Required qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • 4 to 9 years of experience in Delaware corporate litigation, specifically in breach of fiduciary duty cases
  • Experience with derivative shareholder litigation and practice in Delaware courts
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with a focus on drafting dispositive motions
  • Admission to the bar in at least one state; Delaware bar admission is highly preferred
