Delaware Licensed Behavioral Health Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Consultant, Primary Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychological care, including assessments and individual psychotherapy, tailored to the Primary Care population
• Function as a consultant and liaison for the Primary Care department, addressing acute patient needs
• Coordinate care transitions to community settings and develop group support activities as needed

Qualifications

• Master's degree qualifying for licensure or certification in the state is required
• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required
• Delaware state licensure is preferred
• Minimum one year of experience providing direct therapeutic care is preferred
