Delaware Licensed Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Seeking a Delaware Licensed Claims Adjuster, the full-time temporary Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster will adjudicate complex indemnity claims while working remotely across the United States until approximately October 9, 2026.

Key responsibilities:

• Adjudicate higher complexity workers' compensation claims with a direct impact on departmental results
• Investigate claims thoroughly, including interviewing involved parties and managing claims in litigation
• Prepare reports and communicate claims trends to senior management and underwriters

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of five years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in Delaware and Washington, DC
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in claims adjudication
• Delaware claims adjuster license is required
• Strong claim negotiation skills and excellent business acumen
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other business-related software
