Delaware Licensed Claims Examiner

Job Summary

To ensure effective claims resolution, the full-time Delaware Licensed Claims Examiner will conduct thorough reviews and investigations of commercial auto liability claims, maintaining communication with claimants and legal representatives in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review, process, and conclude assigned commercial auto liability claims, including investigation and evaluation of complex cases
• Oversee outside investigative service providers and collaborate with clients and legal counsel to advance claims to resolution
• Prepare comprehensive Loss Reports and assess exposure for accurate reserves and settlement recommendations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of five years of commercial auto casualty claims experience
• Valid Delaware adjuster license
• Strong knowledge of claims handling concepts, practices, and techniques
• Ability to manage relationships and demonstrate problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
