Delaware Licensed Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Analyzing Lost-Time claims for various jurisdictions, the full-time Delaware Licensed Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with claimants and clients, while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to ensure timely resolution through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiate the settlement of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of claims processes in NJ, PA, VA, and DE jurisdictions
• Delaware claims examiner license preferred but not required
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
