Job Summary

Analyzing Lost-Time Workers Compensation claims for clients across PA, NJ, DE, and VA jurisdictions, the full-time Delaware Licensed Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate effectively with claimants and clients while enjoying a flexible remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims through well-developed action plans to achieve timely resolutions
• Negotiating settlement of claims within designated authority
• Communicating claim activity and processing details to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of claims in PA, NJ, DE, and VA jurisdictions
• Delaware licensing required
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
