Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, the part-time Delaware Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, focusing on personalized treatment plans and clinical assessments while enjoying flexible scheduling and minimal administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth (15 hours or more per week)
• Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed

Required qualifications

• Delaware Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology)
• Experience working with older adults strongly preferred
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy via telehealth
• Ability to support the team on a part-time basis (at least 15 hours per week)
