Delaware Licensed Clinical Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time 1099 Licensed Clinical Therapist in Delaware will provide therapy and support to college students through a remote platform, collaborating on treatment plans and ensuring continuity of care.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic counseling services and develop treatment plans for young adults
• Document sessions and maintain HIPAA-compliant records using the electronic health record system
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to support client care and adhere to documentation standards

Required qualifications:

• Active Delaware state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Experience in crisis intervention, safety planning, and working with young adults or at-risk populations
• Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills
• Background in community mental health or college counseling environments
• Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP)
