Job Summary

A company is looking for a 1099 - Licensed Clinical Therapist in Delaware.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling services and develop treatment plans for young adults
• Document sessions and submit HIPAA compliant records using the electronic health record system
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure continuity of care for clients

Required Qualifications and Education

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
• Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology)
• Active state license in Delaware; additional state licenses are a plus
• Experience in crisis intervention, safety planning, and working with young adults or at-risk populations
• Strong clinical documentation skills
