Delaware Licensed Clinical Therapist

Job Summary

Contracting as a Delaware Licensed Clinical Therapist, the remote position will provide therapy and support to college students, focusing on developing treatment plans and guiding clients to appropriate services while managing documentation and communication with other teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling services and develop treatment plans for a primarily young adult population
• Document sessions and submit HIPAA-compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health record
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to support care continuation and adhere to documentation standards

Required qualifications

• Active Delaware state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP)
• Experience with crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing services to young adults or at-risk populations
• Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills
• Background in community mental health or college counseling environments
