Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager, Insurance (DRLP).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP) for the Delaware insurance agency, ensuring compliance with insurance laws and regulations
• Provide compliance guidance on insurance products and conduct risk assessments across insurance operations
• Oversee individual producer licensing and maintain insurance-specific policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in insurance compliance, agency operations, or regulatory risk
• Active insurance producer license (Delaware required; multi-state preferred)
• Ability to qualify as Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP) under Delaware law
• Experience with insurance distribution and producer licensing
• Strong working knowledge of state insurance regulatory frameworks
