Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delaware Counsel/Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and file various legal pleadings in compliance with Delaware court rules and deadlines
• Manage an assigned caseload, ensuring timely handling of matters and adherence to deadlines
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice on case strategy and procedural requirements

Required Qualifications

• Must have a JD degree from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to the state bar and in good standing to practice law in Delaware
• Extensive experience practicing law, typically 10+ years, with a background in corporate law and litigation
• Proven leadership and management experience in legal teams
• High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
