Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Zoom sessions and create a welcoming experience for participants
• Troubleshoot technical issues for attendees and ensure optimal audio conditions
• Administer oaths and manage procedural steps to support a seamless legal process

Qualifications

• Active Notary Public license in the specified state
• Strong internet connection and access to a quiet, professional workspace
• Video-enabled computer with necessary software capabilities
• Ability to work during standard business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday)
• Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing software
