Delaware Licensed Group Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Controller to lead accounting and financial reporting for international entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements under US GAAP for all entities
• Lead the month, quarter, and year-end close process to ensure timely reporting
• Design and implement internal controls and drive process improvements for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Active CPA license in Delaware or ability to obtain reciprocity/transfer
• 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including consolidation and multi-country reporting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and corporate accounting
• Proficiency with accounting software (NetSuite) and Excel
