Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their insurance needs through high-volume inbound calls
• Educate customers about coverage options and offer tailored products
• Build relationships with customers while maintaining a focus on customer service

Required Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
• Bilingual Spanish/English positions require fluency in both languages
• Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
• Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
