Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers through high-volume inbound calls
• Assist customers with their needs and educate them about coverage options and available products
• Utilize provided technology and systems to facilitate the sales process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• Minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required for bilingual positions
• Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
• High-speed internet and a wired connection for company-provided hardware
