Job Summary
Seeking a Contract Licensed Insurance Agent to manage day-to-day customer service for insurance clients remotely, focusing on delivering exceptional support and product recommendations while maintaining accurate customer records during a 3-month engagement with potential for full-time employment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier technical support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries
- Conduct high-level customer service to identify needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and document ongoing projects to ensure timely completion
Required qualifications:
- Familiarity with insurance products, terminology, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and ticketing tools like Zendesk
- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license and pass a background check with fingerprinting
- Minimum of 2 years of agent or producer experience in the insurance industry
- Self-motivated and proactive with strong organizational skills
