Job Summary

Delaware Licensed Insurance Manager, responsible for overseeing contract management and insurance administration workflows in a hybrid role, ensuring compliance and efficiency in agreements across transportation and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and negotiation of corporate insurance programs and manage vendor relationships
• Review and negotiate contracts to align with operational needs and mitigate risks
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and compliance programs across operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (CPCU/ARM designation preferred)
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in insurance, claims, or risk management within transportation or logistics
• Strong understanding of contingent and shipper's interest insurance and transportation liability frameworks
• Proven success in managing broker and underwriter relationships
