Delaware Licensed Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their team as an independent contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform paralegal tasks across various jurisdictions, including legal research and analysis
• Draft, prepare, and e-file legal documents while organizing and maintaining case files
• Assist with case management tasks and provide administrative support to attorneys

Required Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Proficiency in legal software platforms and research tools such as Casetext, LexisNexis, or Westlaw
• Experience in a remote or on-demand capacity is strongly preferred
• Good understanding of e-filing with Pacer/ECF and various state courts
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
