Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director for long term care.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding medical care and optimal health outcomes for residents
• Provide direct patient care while overseeing quality assurance and clinical leadership
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and manage clinical operations

Required Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in Delaware or eligible for licensure
• Experience and interest in providing medical care to older adults
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred
• Full-time availability for a 40-hour workweek
• Ability to work flexible hours, including options for a compressed workweek
