Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Auto, PIP Claims Examiner II.

Key Responsibilities

• Review PIP coverages, investigate loss events, and determine coverage and course of action
• Negotiate settlements for PIP suits and maintain communication with involved parties throughout the claims process
• Evaluate claims for fraud indicators, manage medical treatment requests, and process claims payments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of related Delaware PIP claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Active Delaware Adjuster License required
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
