Delaware Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual psychiatry practice, the full-time Delaware Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care, focusing on lower to moderate acuity populations while enjoying clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for outpatient clients
• Manage a flexible schedule and patient population while adhering to established clinical standards
• Utilize electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently

Required qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority in Delaware
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including psychoeducation and supportive therapy
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model
