Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time and full-time Delaware Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct tele-psychiatric visits, develop treatment plans, and follow up with clients to ensure effective care in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication and therapy
- Proactively follow up with clients at least monthly to assess the efficacy of interventions
- Provide various modalities of talk therapy in addition to medication management
Required qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Active Delaware Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License
- ANCC Board Certification
- 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health
- DEA Certification
