Job Summary

Offering a full-time remote position, the Delaware Licensed Psychiatrist will provide outpatient psychiatric care with a focus on lower to moderate acuity populations, enjoying clinical autonomy and minimal administrative responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-ups for a diverse patient population across the lifespan
• Utilize an in-house referral network to coordinate care and support patient needs
• Maintain control over scheduling, session structure, and clinical decision-making without pressure to increase patient volume

Required qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO)
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Delaware, with multi-state licensing support available
• Interest in providing 100% telepsychiatry-based outpatient care
• Comfort with utilizing streamlined clinical technology
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative mindset
