Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Trial Attorney (Remote - Delaware).

Key Responsibilities

• Represents insured individuals and the company in the defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, subrogation, and financial cases
• Prepares thoroughly for and conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
• Offers counsel to business clients on day-to-day legal matters and manages projects efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the Delaware State Bar
• 3+ years of proven litigation experience or strong litigation-type skills
• Ability to manage complex disputes and work effectively under pressure
