Delaware Licensed Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Remote) with a Delaware License.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine and manage individualized treatment plans for patients
• Utilize behavioral interventions to motivate patients and conduct behavioral health evaluations
• Monitor patients for clinical symptoms and medication management, providing education on OUD and MOUD

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Active DEA license or willingness to obtain upon job offer
• Fully licensed to practice in Delaware; additional licenses in NJ, NY, VA, or MD are a plus
• Passion for serving vulnerable populations and willingness to learn about MOUD
• Comfortable working in a remote telehealth environment
