Job Summary
To support a growing practice focused on older adults, the part-time or full-time Delaware Licensed Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy in a fully remote telehealth setting while designing personalized treatment plans and managing documentation efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Participate in regular case consultations and clinical leadership meetings
Required qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in Delaware
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
