Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Delaware Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy remotely, managing a consistent caseload of lower to moderate acuity populations while enjoying minimal administrative burden and flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions with defined goals and session lengths
• Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with a referral network of psychiatrists
• Utilize evidence-based clinical approaches and maintain a manageable outpatient caseload

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
• Proficiency in structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient environment
