Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Trust Officer to join its Wilmington, DE office.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer discretionary and directed trust accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws
• Respond to client requests for various transactions and serve as a liaison with advisors
• Manage complex client relationships involving trusts and foundations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• CTFA and JD preferred but not required
• 10+ years of trust administration experience with a detailed understanding of Delaware law
• Experience managing Delaware directed trusts with complex structures required
• Knowledge of personal trust law and administration required
