Job Summary

Managing complex indemnity and lost time workers compensation claims, the full-time Delaware Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will work remotely to analyze claims exposure, interact with various stakeholders, and ensure effective resolution while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers compensation claims while making informed decisions
• Communicate extensively with claimants and clients to facilitate effective claim management
• Document claim activities in a timely manner, adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Delaware Adjusters' License
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
