Delaware Provider Account Liaison

Job Summary

To enhance provider partnerships, the remote Provider Account Liaison will manage relationships with healthcare provider groups in Delaware, focusing on education, issue resolution, and operational performance in a contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between assigned provider groups and the organization
• Lead provider education efforts related to network strategies and operational processes
• Proactively identify provider concerns and develop solutions to enhance satisfaction and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field; or equivalent experience in provider relations or healthcare
• 3-5+ years of experience within the healthcare, managed care, or health insurance industry
• Strong understanding of healthcare provider networks and reimbursement methodologies
• Experience building and managing provider relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
