Delegated Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing dental organization, the full-time remote Delegated Credentialing Specialist will manage the delegated credentialing process for General and Specialty Dentists, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory policies.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, maintain, and verify all aspects of the delegated credentialing process in adherence to NCQA guidelines
• Audit provider licensure files and prepare documentation for internal and external audits
• Coordinate and process internal re-credentialing while assisting with credentialing issues across departments

Required qualifications

• Experience with delegated verification websites and NCQA guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry/record management
• Strong understanding of credentialing processes, including initial and re-credentialing
• Ability to effectively communicate with providers and internal teams
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
