Delegated Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing dental service organization, the full-time remote Delegated Credentialing Specialist will manage the delegated credentialing process for General and Specialty Dentists, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory policies.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, maintain, and verify all aspects of the delegated credentialing process
• Audit Provider Licensure Files and prepare provider files for internal and external auditing
• Coordinate and process all internal re-credentialing in accordance with NCQA guidelines

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Healthcare Credentialing, preferably in Dental
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
• Strong understanding of credentialing processes and NCQA guidelines
• Designated workspace with high-speed internet access
