Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delegated Credentialing Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a team in training, credentialing, and enrollment workflow processes
• Create training materials and collaborate on enrollment policies and procedures
• Lead credentialing efforts for facility practitioners and maintain the credentialing system

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; combination of education and experience accepted
• 3+ years of Medical Staff Credentialing and Privileging experience
• Strong knowledge of TJC, CMS, and NCQA guidelines
• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• General understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
